Forseti Homes works in sourcing suitable property and adapting it if required, to meet the needs of those who demand it
We secure properties such as bungalows, flats and houses to help people who are unable to access these properties in the private rental sector
Forseti Home’s expertise is in identifying the best possible accommodation at the time, in order to meet stakeholders’ expectations and importantly that the tenants will be happy
Roles and responsibilities
It is our role to ensure that all management requirements are met and that an agreement is set out for each party. We also provide information on the level of detail sharing that is required, how it will work financially and also how the agreement could be terminated. Our agreements are clear and delineate partner responsibilities and make sure obligations of all are adhered to
