Eric, Managing Director

Eric is a seasoned veteran of the social housing landscape, having formerly managed 5,000 units of general needs and supported housing. Eric was Executive Housing Director for Dimensions UK Housing Association. He has experience of developing, buying and selling homes to meet needs, utilising grants from Homes England and the NHS & the private sector. Eric is currently Chair of the Board of Trustees for Wednesfield Housing Association

Cleonese, Finance Manager (Volunteer)

Cleonese is a hardworking team player. with good customer relationship skills and is currently an Accounts Assistant. We are grateful for her support as a volunteer at Forseti Homes. Cleonese has experience of supplier invoicing, purchase orders, updating GEN, OE and ENG inventory, payments and reconciliation. Cleonese undertook a Business Management (level 2) course and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance. She enjoys numbers, reading newspapers and magazines

Eric, Social Housing

Eric is a seasoned veteran of the social housing landscape, having formerly managed 5,000 units of general needs and supported housing. Eric was Executive Housing Director for Dimensions UK Housing Association. He has experience of developing, buying and selling homes to meet needs, utilising grants from Homes England and the NHS & the private sector. Eric is currently Chair of the Board of Trustees for Wednesfield Housing Association as well as undertaking various advisory roles for small and larger housing associations covering elements on maintenance, governance and regulations. Eric is an avid volunteer by nature, passionate football fan, a caravanner, as well as representing in table tennis at various local leagues and his county

Rebecca, Governance

Rebecca began teaching in Chatham after qualifying as a teacher in 1996. She was promoted in 1999 to Head of Year at Gillingham. Governance and organisation have been traits that allowed Rebecca to subsequently move into an advisory role on school improvements for Thurrock council. Subsequently, she became deputy Headteacher responsible for 740 children. Furthermore, under her stewardship as Headteacher she led a failing Beckenham school from ‘requiring improvement’ to ‘good’. Currently, Rebecca has applied herself to Outreach work in the SEMH sector focusing on social, emotional, mental health issues

Nicholas, Secretary & Finance

Nicholas is currently a Director at an investment bank. He has considerable 3rd sector experience including as current interim Chair, Trustee and former Company Secretary of a 30 year old community and open green space charity as well as formerly 4 years as Treasurer of a large London based food bank. Nicholas conveys his passion by also running his own consultancy specialising in the 3rd sector having been a policy advisor to a new environmental charity, Just One Tree and a strong interest in poverty alleviation both in the UK and abroad. He holds a PgDip in Development studies (London University) and a BSc Economics & Economic History (1st Class) from the London School of Economics. Fluent in Spanish, he is married with one daughter

Roberto, Real Estate

Roberto is Executive President and Head of Europe for China Orient Summit Capital (COS), an institutional real estate investment firm. As a seasoned real estate and finance professional Roberto was formerly Global Head of Business Development at Aberdeen Asset Management and prior to that UBS Global Asset Management’s Global Real Estate European Head. Roberto holds an MBA from London Business School, is married with one daughter and is a passionate spearfisher and martial arts practioner
